Racing against the clock to repair gas station for the customer

On April 14, 2011, a phone call reached CIMC ENRIC (Langfang) for help for overhigh voltage led to the motor burnout at the gas station of Qinhuangdao Gas Company. After communicating with the customer, we were informed that local voltage was usually too high. In order to ensure the sound operation of the station, the After-sales Service Dept. of CIMC ENRIC (Langfang) contacted the Supply Dept. and Production Dept. for help immediately. The Supply Dept. purchased the required motor without delay, followed by an immediate test of the new motor by the Production Dept. to ensure the new motor in full compliance with customer requirements. It was 11 pm when everything was ready. Liu Wei, Feng Dongge of the After-sales Service Dept. carried the motor with them to Qinhuangdao, and upon the arrival at 4 am, they began the repair work without a break and managed to keep the gas station back to normal operation at 7 am.
