Speedy Service Wins Customer Appreciation

On November 1, 2013, Honto Trailer Business Unit of CIMC ENRIC received a silk banner from one customer that says “understanding what the customers think and feel, anticipating their wants and needs”-This is what Xinjiang Tianhe Transportation Co., Ltd. has done to show the appreciation for the quick response and quality service of Honto Customer Service Center.

On the afternoon of October 23, Honto Customer Service Center got a fax from Xinjiang Tianhe Transportation Co., Ltd., stating that a Honto container transport semitrailer could not be granted a local license plate and asking for a prompt solution from Honto. The later the trailer was granted the license plate, the bigger economic loss the customer would suffer. After reading the fax, the manager of Honto Customer Service Center sent CS personnel to Xinjiang by air immediately to address the problem.

Normally it would take four days and nights to reach the customer’s company in Aksu, Xinjiang from Jingmen, Hubei, but Honto CS personnel managed to arrive there on October 25, within 30 hours, and successfully got a license plate for the customer following the quickest adjustment of the travelling mechanism. Leaders of Xinjiang Tianhe Transportation Co., Ltd. were deeply impressed by the excellent job done by Honto CS personnel despite of the tiredness after a long and tiring journey, saying “Although we had been a little annoyed for failing to get a license plate, we sincerely appreciate the great efforts of Honto’s leaders and staff to solve the problem quickly.” Meanwhile, he commented, “We have cooperated with Honto for years and will keep buying Honto products in the future. Honto’s speedy response has further consolidated the partnership between us.”
